Prime Financial Group Ltd (Prime) is pleased to advise that the Company has increased and extended the existing financing facility with Westpac Bank.
As part of the consolidation of banking facilities between Prime Accounting & Business Advisory Pty Ltd (formerly MPR Group Pty Ltd) and Prime, the Westpac Bank facility has been increased to $12.0 million from $7.7 million.
The facility has a term of 3 years and includes funding for both working capital and acquisitions.
